Club Z! Tutoring of South Orange County (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information we collect
We collect only what you voluntarily give us: contact form submissions (name, phone, email, grade, subject, city, message), email correspondence, and notes from phone consultations. We do not currently use analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, match your student with a tutor, communicate about scheduling and billing, and occasionally share updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How we share information
With your assigned tutor (name, contact, grade, subject, location). With Resend (email delivery service). With Club Z! corporate (aggregated, non-identifying data). When required by law.
Your rights (California residents)
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you can: know what personal information we have, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell). Email occlubz@gmail.com or call (949) 388-3222 to exercise these rights. We will respond within 45 days.
